Brooke Shields had her first pregnancy naturally; however, had to undergo multiple rounds of IVF in order to conceive her second child. Brooke speaks out in her book “Down Came The Rain” about her infertility as well as her struggle with Post Partum Depression.

Country music star Kellie Coffey gave up on her career after suffering a devastating miscarriage becaquse she felt she had to decide between her career or her future children. Coffey struggled for a year to get pregnant and even wrote a song about her struggles, funnily enough right after writing the song she found herself pregnant! Unfortunately Coffey suffered another miscarriage; however, she finally found herself pregnant after they tried again to create their family and she was able to carry her son Jackson to term.

Trinny Woodall of BBC’s “What Not To Wear” suffered two miscarriages and nine failed attempts at IVF before becoming pregnant with her now daughter Lila.

 Nia Vardalos, the woman behind “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” has been trying to conceive for eight years and is currently undergoing infertility treatments in hope of conceiving.
